- Remote work is possible for edit and planning days (we shoot on location around three days a week).

- Core hours 10:00–16:00 with flexible start and finish around shoot schedules.
- Early-call shoot days are balanced with later starts the following day.

JOB INTRODUCTION
Own shoots end-to-end — from brief to 48-hour delivery.
You will run corporate photography and video productions for London teams: scoping briefs, building shot lists around every channel the client publishes on, booking crew, and holding the schedule on the day.
Our clients range from fast-growing startups to established firms — recruitment campaigns, brand films, portrait days, and event coverage. You are the person who makes all of it feel effortless from the client side.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years producing photo or video shoots (agency, studio, or in-house)
- Confident running client relationships without supervision
- Comfortable building budgets, call sheets, and delivery schedules
- Ability to attend shoots across London three or more days a week
- Ambitious and proactive — you spot problems before they happen
NICE TO HAVE
- An existing network of London freelance crew
- Experience with corporate or B2B clients
- Basic editing or retouching literacy — enough to brief post properly
SALARY: £38,000–£48,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

JOB INTRODUCTION
Keep a month of shoots, edits, and deliveries moving at once.
You will coordinate multiple productions in parallel: tracking deliverables, chasing approvals, managing the 48-hour delivery promise, and keeping clients informed without being asked.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in project management or production coordination
- Excellent written communication for client-facing updates
- Comfortable with scheduling tools and asset-delivery workflows
- Ability to come to shoots and the office in London regularly
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a creative studio or agency environment
- Familiarity with photo/video post-production pipelines

production assistant
JOB INTRODUCTION
The extra pair of hands every good shoot day depends on.
You will support producers on location: kit runs, room turnarounds, keeping talent moving through portrait slots, and a hundred small things that keep a low-disruption shoot actually low-disruption.

- Some on-set or events experience (paid or personal projects)

Corporate portraits and brand stills that don’t look corporate.
You will shoot leadership portraits, team days, events, and brand content — often building a portable studio inside a client office and photographing seventy people before the afternoon coffee run.
We care about consistent light, fast turnarounds, and making people who hate being photographed feel at ease.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of professional photography including corporate or editorial work
- Full command of off-camera lighting in small spaces
- Fast, consistent retouching to a brand standard

JOB INTRODUCTION
Shoot it, cut it, ship it — one owner from lens to export.
You will film brand films, recruitment stories, and event coverage, then cut hero edits plus the vertical cutdowns that were planned before anyone pressed record.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years shooting and editing professionally
- Strong interview craft: lighting, sound, and putting subjects at ease
- Fluent in Premiere or Resolve, with clean project hygiene
- Ability to work on location in London and deliver within 48 hours
NICE TO HAVE
- Motion graphics basics (titles, captions, simple animation)
- Colour grading beyond LUT application

JOB INTRODUCTION
The 48-hour delivery promise lives or dies in your hands.
You will retouch portrait sets to a consistent brand standard at pace — natural skin, matched colour across sessions, and galleries named and delivered while the shoot is still fresh.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of high-volume portrait retouching
- A calibrated eye for colour consistency across large sets
- Comfortable owning delivery deadlines independently
